Please keep in mind that any existing payment amount from your previous plan will be forfeited, and and refund or credits is not possible in any circumstance. We recommend making the plan change on the last day of your current subscription to avoid losing any previously paid amounts. Please contact us and we will do it for you.
You can also send us a SUPPORT HELP DESK PLATFORM with the details of the plan you’d like to switch to, and we’ll gladly assist you with the change. Same terms and condition apply.
No. You can cancel anytime but due to the nature of the service we don’t offer refunds.
We cannot promise that, but our aim is to keep the price at the same level for years after signup. If your subscription should increase in price, you will be notified one month in advance, and get the chance to cancel your subscription before the price increase is activated.
If your card is declined or expired, your subscription wont cancel. You will be notified first, so you get a chance to correct it.
We will make three attempts to reach out to you. If there is no response by the third email, the account will be closed, and all data will be permanently lost.
