Yes, of course. Please always access your designated payment account to cancel the plan that you wish to stop before proceeding to purchase to the new one. Otherwise old and new plans will be both charged. We cannot control this due to the fact that we use a third party application external from 5 Stars Reputation. Rest assured, your data will not be lost.
Changing your plan initiates immediate activation of the new plan.
Please keep in mind that any existing payment amount from your previous plan will be forfeited, and and refund or credits is not possible in any circumstance. We recommend making the plan change on the last day of your current subscription to avoid losing any previously paid amounts.

We cannot promise that, but our aim is to keep the price at the same level for years after signup. If your subscription should increase in price, you will be notified one month in advance, and get the chance to cancel your subscription before the price increase is activated.
Each account is designated for use by a single agency only. Sharing ( or re-selling) account logins is strictly prohibited, and any account found in violation of this rule will be subject to closure, with no refund. However, you are permitted to create sub-accounts for your assistants, workers, VA, as long as they are employed by your company.
If your card is declined or expired, your subscription wont cancel. You will be notified first, so you get a chance to correct it.
